     For more than a year a website named Inspired with Ideas of How to Reform Russia! has been operating as a part of Political Education, Research and Information magazine. At the moment of creation of the site in December, 2008, in the midst of the economic crisis, we proceeded from understanding of the fact that Russia is in the need of not only successful overcoming of the crisis but also of modernization and enhancement.
     For the purpose of achievement of the objectives, it is required that the governing elite should have new ideas and knowledge. That is why the key objective of our site is to favor and promote the generation and diffusion of new ideas and knowledge concerning the ways of implementation of reforms in Russia. This is the reason why analytics, suggestions and prognostics of the problems to be solved by the governing elite and the government for implementing of reforms run through all the rubrics of the site.
     The objective of the site is to educate not only the governing elite but also researchers, scientists, teachers, professors, students, postgraduate students as well as everybody who is concerned and interested in the process of transformation and reformation of this country. For this purpose, we involve the key experts – political analysts, historians, economists, philosophers, sociologists and culture study scholars.
     We invite all the readers concerned to take part in the discussions and to share opinions on the reports and communications. We are confident that our joint efforts are for the benefit of our Motherland.

     This rubric deals with comprehension of the issues related to Russia’s recession from the economic crisis as well as to modernization and enhancement of this country. The authors intend to put new ideas that, when implemented, enable the governing elite to initiate the environment for creating of the effective state capable to solve successfully the problems of recession from the economic crisis and modernization and enhancement of Russia.

      Interview of the Day – updated twice a week
     This rubric deals with exchange of opinions with the leading scientists, competent and reputable manufacturers, famous politicians, lawyers, health professionals, artists and writers. During the interviews these people share their experience as well as touch upon new ideas that are of interest in terms of implementation of transformations and reforms in economics, politics, social life and culture.

     Discussion Club – updated as events are held
     Discussion Club rubric plays a special role within the scope of the site. Over the last year a significant number of discussions were held in the Club published on the Inspired with ideas of how to reform Russia! website. For the purpose of effective operation of the Discussion Club, the scientific council of the editorial board of Political Education magazine organizes public speaking of the leading political analysts, historians, philosophers, economists and sociologists from the Institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and from other scientific and research centers of this country.

     News – updated on a daily basis
The rubric comprises new information of the processes and efforts to find ways out of the economic crisis that are in progress in this country and world-wide. At times the news is exclusive.

     Articles and Published Works – updated on Mondays on a weekly basis
     The peculiar feature of the Articles and Published Works rubric is that it includes important works of authorship concerning various matters of historical, social and political as well as economic progress of Russia and the world. It is the 12 personal interviews with B.S. Orlov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, on the subject of A Person and the Power in the History of Russia that stand out in the rubric.
